Team Effectiveness Coaching
Take your team through the basics of team effectiveness; join four separate sessions (2 hours, 1/month for four months) where we explore how to maximize team effectiveness, and apply the lessons to your own team:

Take time to explore all of the components needed to have individual and team wellbeing, discuss what’s meaningful, and define your action steps.​

Individual team member interviews or surveys re: seven pillars of wellbeing

A themed team report and team workshop design

Team Creative Problem Solving
Use four different creative avenues to invite your team to solve for any problem; after four rounds, with different creativity frameworks, you will have multiple avenues to solve the problem and four new creative frameworks you will continue to lean on as a team. The framework below is an example, but can be customized.
