I offer fractional Organization Development services. Large scale, I love to create culture change, to align leadership behaviors, and to set up the entire employee life cycle to reflect the talent strategy. On a smaller scale, I offer executive and team coaching with specialties in creative problem solving, wellbeing, and performance.
